Firstly I need to mention that stockingsdirect is a great shop. So simple, quick and reliable. So I will definitely use them for all my future hosiery needs.

Secondly the Trasperenze Carlotta Hold Ups: I have them in mink and this colour is a just beautiful mid-brown; and the description is correct, they are not even semi opaque. The 5" lace nicely gathers all the wobbly bits of the thigh and feels really good. However - and that is not the fault of the stocking, but of my legs - if one has really big thighs they are a bit on the tight side and tend to roll down a bit. But even then very wearable.

I love them for the hight of the lace, the material and the range of colours, well and the price is definitely reasonable. So they are definitely worth the trip to the gym to make them fit a bit more snug ;o)

these are the most amazing stockings. I have nice long legs however I have flabby loose skin at the top of my thighs the deep lace top hides this fantastic!!!!
