Pricing For all UK orders a flat fee P&P charge of £1.95 will be added to your order. All orders sent outside the UK will incur charges as detailed below.
Additional UK postage services are available for you to choose during the checkout process as detailed below.

Your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Any items that are out of stock will be dispatched once they become available. Orders that are partially desptached due to insufficient stock will not incur a further P&P charge. Delivery Times UK - 1-2 working days. Europe - 3-5 working days. Rest of World - 5-10 working days.
However we cannot control the length of time it takes for Royal Mail or your local postal carrier to deliver your package.
Packaging All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging. Parcels have no indication of contents on the outside. A small returns label on the back indicates the sender as Phillips Global Trading Limited. Tax & Customs
All prices quoted include VAT of 17.5%. If you live outside of the EU then this will be deducted during the checkout process and reflected on the electronic invoice.
All shipments to non EU countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order arrives in that country. Payment of these charges, if there are any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Phillips Global Trading Limited have no control over these charges.
Cancellation
You can cancel your purchase at any time after placing the order, up to seven days after the receipt of the goods, without having to give a reason. When you cancel you should return the products, unopened, to us within 30 days using the returns procedure detailed below. We will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the returned goods in an acceptable condition.
Any items returned to us by Royal Mail due to any failure by the customer to either collect their parcel following unsuccessful attempts to deliver, or supply us with incorrect delivery address information, will be subject to a 10% administration fee deducted from the refunded order value.
Please note refunds cannot be given on Gift Voucher purchases Any items returned that were purchased as part of any promotion, where the returned items negate the offer, an adjustment will be made to the refunded amount so that the retained items will revert to their original price. This also applies to any order values that qualify for free postage and packing. Product Returns Policy
Faulty Items If you receive a product which needs to be returned due to a manufacturing fault it will be replaced or refunded as per your instructions. Please return it to us within 30 days using the returns procedure below.
Non Faulty Items Hosiery - If you would like to return or exchange your hosiery product for an alternative size or colour then, as long as the package has not been opened, or had the seal broken, and is within 30 days of purchase, we will accept the return using the returns procedure below.
We cannot accept non-faulty hosiery items for return if the package has been opened. Due to the intimate nature of these products they cannot be re-sold.
Lingerie - If you would like to return or exchange your lingerie product e.g. a suspender belt, for an alternative size or colour then, as long as it is within 30 days of purchase, we will accept the return using the returns procedure below, even if the garment has been opened and tried on, but still retaining the original labels or tags.
We cannot accept non-faulty knickers for return. Due to the intimate nature of these products they cannot be re-sold.
If a returned item, upon inspection, is deemed to have been worn we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Posting Your Return You will need to pay the postage on the returned goods. If your return is due to a manufacturing fault, then, as long as you request an exchange, we will refund your return postage costs once the return has been processed. Please note that refund amounts can never exceed the initial transaction value.
Returns Procedure
1. Please package up the products to be returned carefully and place in a suitable padded envelope. If you still have the original envelope that would be ideal.
2. Please include your original dispatch note and write on there the details relating to your return and any exchange info if relevant.
If you haven't got your original dispatch note please enclose your returns details on a separate sheet of paper quoting your original order number (this helps us to track your return quickly) and your name and address.
