What appears on my Credit Card statement?
To protect your privacy the words "Phillips Global Trading Ltd" will appear on your statement.
Why don't you include an invoice with the goods?
All our invoices are electronic. A copy is available to view in your account section on the website. We don't include them with the goods in case you wish to have them delivered to a friend or loved one as a present.
Can I place an order and have them sent direct to someone else, as a present?
Yes. Simply enter a different delivery address when you checkout. There are no prices on the dispatch note sent with the goods so your generosity will be kept a secret!
Can you give me ideas for presents?
Hopefully there's something available for every taste. If you want any help choosing just drop us an email, we'll be glad to help.
What if you don't have what I'm looking for?
If you can't find what you need please drop us an email. We may be about to get new stock which caters for your requirements. Also, if there's anything you would like us to stock in the future let us know.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we cater for customers throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
I live outside the EU, do you take off the VAT if I order?
If you live outside the EU the VAT of 17.5% will be deducted during the checkout process. Once you become a registered customer, and as long as you've signed in to the site, all the prices shown will not include VAT.
How can I be sure to get my size right?
Each product has it's own sizing chart. To help you decide which size is right for you click on the pink tape measure to view the size chart for that product. If you are between sizes it's always best to go for the bigger of the two (unless stated otherwise on the product information).
How do I return a product?
We accept returns for faulty items or if you've simply changed your mind. However, because of the nature of hosiery, I'm afraid we cannot accept hosiery items that have been opened.
