Packaging

All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging. Parcels have no indication of contents on the outside.
 

UK Delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail and will arrive with your normal post.
Your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hours except at weekends and on public holidays. Due to continuous deliveries of our stock, some items might take slightly longer to be despatched. Should this be more 7 working days, we will notify you via email.
Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days, however we cannot control the length of time it takes for Royal Mail to deliver your package.

Standard - £2.95 - Royal Mail 24 - FREE on orders of £40 or more
Recorded - £3.95 - Royal Mail 24 Signed For - requires signature on delivery
Next Working Day - £7.20 - Royal Mail Special Delivery  - on orders placed before 3pm - requires signature on delivery
Special Delivery Guaranteed on Saturday by 1pm - £12.00 - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed on Saturday  - on orders placed before 3pm on Friday - requires signature on delivery

NB: Next working day orders placed after 3pm on Thursdays, and therefore despatched on Friday, will probably arrive on Saturday but it is not guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive until Monday unless you select a Special Delivery Guaranteed on Saturday by 1pm.

Europe Delivery

Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days, however we cannot control the length of time it takes for your local postal carrier to deliver your package.

Delivery normally takes 5-10 working days, however we cannot control the length of time it takes for your local postal carrier to deliver your package.

Rest of World - £8.50  - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed - requires signature on delivery - *This price assumes VAT is not applicable. ROW delivery billed within EU is £10.20
